PAD PRINTING is a printing process that allows you to print writing, drawings, logos and decorations on any type of object even concave, convex or irregular shapes.
This printing system allows to transmit images with any type of shading, three-dimensional and two-dimensional effect with pinpoint precision obtaining fantastic products.
The main features of pad printing include its extreme low cost, thanks to the extremely low usage of ink, pads and moulds. At the same time, the pad printing technique is very useful and effective for resolving problems relating to the customisation of both plastic objects and other materials (e.g. painted aluminium, stainless steel, etc.).
Pad printing can be seen as a combination of methods used in screen printing and rotogravure that together have created a new system.
GF can perform pad printing processing on mass production with its two pad printing machines with a 75 mm diameter printing surface with a daily production capacity of up to 20,000 pieces.
