9 State-of-the-art presses with capacities from 25 to 450 tons arranged in work centres. Each press operates autonomously as it is equipped with a robot arm, a conveyor belt and a mould thermoregulation unit; they are independent units that ensure specific quality controls on parts in production. The production cycle is characterised by high flexibility.
2 of these presses are full electric.
The advantages of full electric injection moulding machines
Using electrical energy instead of hydraulic power provides the following advantages:
Electricity is only needed during movement. In this way a full
electric machine guarantees energy savings from 30% to 70% compared to a
hydraulic machine.
