Over 50 years of experience in the plastic moulding industry
The company, founded by Gasparini Federico, began operations in 1962 with the purchase of the first plastic injection moulding machine. It was a hydraulic injection press whose drives had to be manually adjusted (truly pioneering times!!).
In those days the moulding of plastic materials was mainly carried out using polypropylene and ABS was just beginning to be used. A real revolution was the introduction of polycarbonate, a material that immediately joined the those processed by Gasparini Federico, which was one of the first companies to take up the challenge of moulding the new material.
In the following years, the company gradually expanded, moving to its current location, and arriving at a team ofpresses with a capacity from 25 to 450 tons, with the introduction of electric press technology. Even though we believe we have reached an excellent level in terms of our organisation and quality, we are aware that new challenges await us and we must always be ready to meet the needs of customers, with whom we wish to establish a constructive relationship of mutual understanding to identify the most effective solutions.
